This series of publications in digital format aims to provide a wide audience with relevant information and expert opinions on topics of social debate related to food and communication. Communicating food innovation, the fourth issue of the Food and Communication collection, addresses the challenges and opportunities represented by the communication of food innovation to society, both from a cultural and social point of view and from the perspective of food companies, research and development centers, startups and the gastronomy sector.
